Collin Qian

Collin Qian is a founding engineer at Paraform, focusing on advancing talent acquisition since April 2025. Prior to this role, Collin co-founded Talent Hunt, which tracked employee movements in the tech industry, and Mocked, a platform akin to Leetcode for product managers. Previous internships include a position as a software engineer intern at Databricks on the Multi Cloud Efficiency Team and at Amazon with the Smart Vehicles Team, utilizing programming languages like Scala, Python, and Java. Collin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara and completed a diploma at Monta Vista High School.
