Emma started their career as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton LLP in 1996 and later worked as an Internal Auditor at Schroders. Over the years, they held various Operational Risk roles at CSFB, Barclays Capital, HSBC, Phoenix Group, and currently at Paragon Banking Group PLC, where they serve as the Operational Risk Director. Their expertise in risk management spans a wide range of responsibilities within the financial sector.
Emma Frew attended Cheltenham Ladies College from 1984 to 1991. Emma then went on to the University of Cambridge where they obtained a BA Hons / MA Cantab in History from 1991 to 1995.
