David Phillips started their work experience in 1999 at Comet, where they held various sales, admin, and technical positions until 2004. David then worked as the House and Marketing Manager at Manchester Golf Club from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Paragon Customer Communications, where they held several roles including Planning Assistant, Project Coordinator, Production Control Manager, Planning Manager, RBS Operations Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Print Output Development Manager, Operations Director, Site Director, and Managing Director. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Paragon Customer Communications.
David Phillips began their education at St. Cuthbert's High School from 1994 to 1999. After completing high school, they enrolled at Nottingham Trent University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry. In 2002-2003, they attended Kansas State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Chemistry. David then continued their education at Hopwood Hall College from 2005 to 2007, obtaining a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, Economics & Marketing.
In 2010, David engaged in further education at Joint Learning Ventures and completed a NVQ Level 4 in Management Studies. Additionally, in September 2012, they obtained the Prince2 Foundation certification in Project Management from APM.
