Dustin Sweet is currently employed as an I&C Technician at Paragon Energy Solutions, where responsibilities include testing CCA's and various power supplies using AC/DC power sources and troubleshooting components with Oscilloscopes and Digital Multimeters. Sweet is actively involved in professional organizations such as the Student Veterans of America and the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society International. Previous experience includes serving as an Engineering Lab Aide at Lockheed Martin, where Dustin built Data Acquisition Modules and translated electrical circuits, and as an Aircraft Installer B at L3Harris Technologies, focusing on wiring standards for the C-130B platform. Military experience encompasses a role as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector in the United States Marine Corps, overseeing a team and ensuring operational efficiency, along with hands-on technical skills as a 2M technician for CH-53 and V-22 aircraft platforms. Dustin is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Tarrant County College, having previously earned a certification as an Aviation Electronics Journeyman in Avionics Maintenance Technology.
