Dwight Mallett-Smith, EIT, is a highly experienced electrical engineer currently serving as the Principal Electrical Engineer at Paragon Energy Solutions since October 2015. In this role, responsibilities include reviewing electrical designs, managing project timelines, and conducting technical risk assessments. Prior to this, Dwight worked as a Western Division Support Engineer at FTS International, where contributions included providing technical support, conducting training, and assessing equipment conditions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Field Engineer II at FTS International, offering technical advice on well stimulation services, and as a Technical Professional at Halliburton, leading project teams and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Dwight holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
