Henry Le is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in project engineering, auditing, and academic instruction. Currently serving as Lead Auditor and Supplier Quality Engineer at Paragon Energy Solutions since March 2021, Henry previously held roles at MAYEKAWA MYCOM as a Project Engineer, where expertise in AutoCad was utilized to optimize design parameters, and at Meggitt Defense Systems, leading high-performance project teams for military contracts. Henry has also contributed to higher education as an Advanced Physics Lecturer at Southern California University of Health Sciences, teaching complex physics concepts, and has a strong background in research, having worked as a Graduate Researcher at Advanced Power and Energy and engaged in various research roles at Marquette University and NIST. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Marquette University.
