Lydia Lobrano, PMP, is an accomplished Project Manager currently employed at Paragon Energy Solutions since October 2022, with prior experience at SHINE Technologies where responsibilities included leading engineering teams through design and procurement phases and serving as interim I&C manager. Lydia’s earlier roles at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater encompassed serving as a Graduation & Commencement Specialist, where innovative process improvements reduced graduation processing time significantly, and as a Student Advising Assistant and Sports Information Assistant, where organizational and communication skills were essential. Lydia holds a Master of Science in Sports Event Management from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
