Joshua Situmorang is an experienced professional in the field of electrical power engineering, currently working as a Sourcing and Supplier Collaboration Executive at Paragon Technology And Innovation since August 2019. Prior roles include serving as a Management Trainee in Supply Chain and as Secretary General of the IEEE ITB Student Branch. Joshua has held several laboratory assistant positions, providing support in power electronics and electrical machinery at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where Joshua also earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the ITB Swimming and Water Polo Student Union, managing over 200 members and reforming organizational regulations. Additionally, Joshua completed an internship in the Electrical Division at Indonesia Power, contributing to maintenance efforts at the Suralaya Power Plant.
