Rob Baker

Rob Baker serves as the Talent Development Lead at Paragraf® since February 2023, following a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sense Biodetection Ltd. from March 2022 to February 2023. Previously, Rob held positions including Business Manager at EA First, Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at The ONE Group Ltd, and Temporaries Recruitment Consultant at REED. Early experience includes an internship as a Sports Therapist at Wycombe Wanderers Football Club and a Senior Physio Assistant role at Colchester General Hospital. Rob Baker earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Therapy from Teesside University and a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Studies from Writtle University College.
