Hiran then joined Blue Star Infotech as an Associate Consultant - ERP from 2003 to 2004. After that, they worked as a Consultant - ERP at e-Emphasys Technologies from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Accenture as a Manager and stayed there until 2013. At Accenture, they held various managerial responsibilities. In 2013, they joined Paramatrix Technologies Pvt Ltd. as Vice President - Technology Solutions and later became the Chief Operating Officer in 2014.
