Nicole Muya

Nicole Muya is an experienced sales and support professional with a background in Salesforce operations and customer relationship management. Currently serving as EMEA Sales Administrator for Parameta Solutions since January 2023, Nicole manages the configuration, support, and enhancement of the Salesforce system. Previously, at IPC Systems, Inc. from September 2017 to January 2023, Nicole held multiple roles including Sales Support Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting a global sales team, conducting training for sales processes, and collaborating with IT to enhance system functionality. Nicole’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by A Levels in Law, Business, and French, alongside 10 GCSEs.
