Senior Director Investment Operations at Parametric

Beau Figliola has extensive work experience in investment operations. Beau started their career at Russell Investments as a Global Finance Intern in 2008 and later worked as a Trading Analyst and Senior Trading Analyst. Beau then became a Manager in Trading Operations and later Manager of Investment Operations, Physicals, where they oversaw trade support and created controls that saved the firm significant costs. In 2008, Figliola joined Parametric as a Director of Investment Operations, leading a team of 40 operations associates and supporting a large number of accounts. Beau was later promoted to Senior Director, overseeing a larger organization of 70 operations associates and providing support for over 70,000 accounts across various locations.

Beau Figliola completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from the same institution in 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Beau Figliola also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they obtained a Series 24 License - General Securities Principal from FINRA. In 2012, they obtained a Series 55 License - Limited Representative - Equity Trader. In 2011, they obtained a Series 63 License - Uniform Securities Agent State Law, a Series 7 License - General Securities Representative, and a Series 99 License - Operations Professional, all from FINRA.
