Melinda Olson is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in financial services and a focus on continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Parametric since August 2004, Melinda has managed large teams responsible for reconciling substantial assets and processing cash and securities activities. Previous roles include Operations Manager, International Operations Supervisor, and Senior Portfolio Accountant, where Melinda led reconciliation efforts on domestic and international portfolios and oversaw settlements with brokers and custodians. Earlier experience at Wells Fargo Bank encompassed various roles in customer service and management, earning multiple sales and service awards. Melinda holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
