Rishay Nathoo

Rishay Nathoo is an Aerospace Design Engineer at Parametric Solutions, Inc. since October 2020, focusing on evaluating and dispositioning nonconforming hardware for the F100 and F135 engine platforms. Previously held roles include Aerospace Project Engineer, where responsibility extended to ensuring timely delivery of hardware from suppliers, and Project Engineer at Suffolk Construction, managing technical systems across multiple projects. Rishay has extensive experience in engineering design, project management, and mentoring new engineers. An alumnus of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Rishay has also gained valuable experience in various engineering and mentoring roles, including a notable stint at NASA.
