Liz-Beth Raphael

Liz-Beth Raphael is the Founder of Graceful Bookkeeping since January 2023 and serves as Property Controller at Paramount Group since September 2017. With extensive experience in commercial property accounting, Liz-Beth has a strong background in financial management, having previously worked as a Commercial Property Accountant at Realty Operations Group from June 2016 to September 2017 and at Normandy Real Estate Partners from September 2014 to May 2016. Liz-Beth's expertise includes preparing financial statements, managing budget preparations, and overseeing year-end audits. Liz-Beth began her career as a Junior Financial Controller at Sozio, Inc. from January 2012 to September 2014 and also held the position of Tax Professional at VBC Professional Services in early 2012. Liz-Beth holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark, graduated in 2011.
