Lisa Alderman has over two decades of nursing experience, predominantly at Pardee Hospital since July 1999. Currently serving as an RN Risk Analyst in Risk Management, Lisa conducts daily reviews of safety reports and analyzes high-risk services. Previous roles include Admission Coordinator RN in the Emergency Department, where Lisa facilitated patient admissions and documented medical histories, and Behavioral Health RN in PATHS, coordinating care for behavioral health and addiction patients. Lisa also has experience as a Stepdown/Telemetry RN, focusing on the coordination of care for acutely ill cardiopulmonary patients and began their career as a Medical/Surgical RN. Lisa holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Blue Ridge Community College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Wytheville Community College.
