Yassmin Franceschini

Yassmin Franceschini is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at Pardgroup since December 2021, where responsibilities include managing internal recruitment processes and supporting employee lifecycle projects. Prior to this, Yassmin worked as a Consultant in Finance, HR & Legal at Randstad Professionals Italia, focusing on recruitment for Middle and Top Management positions. Experience also includes a role as Junior Consultant at KPMG Italy, where Yassmin specialized in personnel selection for the Audit Business Line and contributed to Employer Branding efforts. Earlier, Yassmin served as an Au Pair in Ireland, enhancing language skills and cultural understanding while providing childcare support. Yassmin holds a Master's degree in Wellbeing Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and has studied Work and Organisational Psychology at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, as well as obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology from Università di Trento.
