Parents for Community Living KW Inc. is a not for profit charitable organization supporting children and adults with exceptional abilities in the Waterloo region.  PCL provides respite services, day programs, community outreach and residential living in our eleven homes located throughout our community.  We currently serve over 190 children and adults.
