Chris Gaines

Chris Gaines is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in educational technology, customer success, and instructional leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at ParentSquare and a Director of Product & Customer Success at Gallagher Prep, Chris has successfully transitioned a long-established tutoring company to a fully virtual model while significantly increasing revenue. Previous roles include managing operations for a virtual middle school at Stride, Inc., leading educational initiatives as an Assistant Principal at Weatherford ISD, and pioneering the Co-Teaching instructional model at North Texas. With a solid educational foundation, including a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Lamar University, Chris has demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, teacher training, and improving student outcomes across diverse educational settings.
