Leia Swiggett

Leia Swiggett has extensive experience in customer support and educational roles. Currently serving as Director of Customer Support at ParentSquare since November 2021, Leia has progressed through various positions including Customer Support Manager and Implementation Manager. Prior to this, Leia worked as a Content Writer at CeresEd and as a Learning Design Contractor at eSpark Learning. Additional roles include Scheduling Specialist at Alma, Success Manager at Formative, and various positions at Citrus County School Board and Citrus High School, focusing on English, ESOL, and world languages. Leia holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of West Florida and two master's degrees from Florida State University in English/Language Arts Teacher Education and English Education.
