At the end of the nineteenth century, an Italian economist named Vilfredo Pareto introduced the concept of distribution (80:20 Rule) according to which roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. Nowadays it's called Pareto principle. It is one of the simplest and most powerful management tools on the planet that allows us to shift our focus on the areas that will have the most profound impact on the end goal and will yield the greatest results. We at Pareto Consulting believe, that by defining clear direction and purpose of the business and ensuring strategic alignment at all levels in organization is critical for driving employee engagement and achieving business financial ambitions.
