Jiajia H.

Jiajia H. is a Founding UX Researcher at Pareto.AI since January 2025, with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Prior to this role, Jiajia served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University from September 2021 to January 2025 and worked as a Research Scientist at BlockScience earlier in 2021, contributing to various projects including simulation models and decentralized governance mechanisms. Experience also includes a Research Assistant position at the University of Washington, focusing on agent-based modeling and HCI design, and a Visiting Researcher role at Stanford University, where Jiajia conducted studies on remote communication and user perceptions. Jiajia is pursuing a PhD in Human Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University, having also obtained a Master’s degree in the same field, along with a BA in Cognitive Science from Lawrence University. Additional academic experiences include visiting studies at the University of Oxford and Stanford University.
