Nils Seele

Nils Seele is a Partner at LEA Partners GmbH since 2018, specializing in venture capital and private equity for category-leading B2B technologies. In addition, Nils serves as a Board Member at multiple organizations, including Aleph Alpha GmbH, which focuses on advancing European research in artificial intelligence, TURN2X for renewable natural gas initiatives, and Assemblio, which streamlines assembly planning. Nils also contributes to the development of employee operational apps with Flip App, invests in innovative startups such as Daedalus (an autonomous CNC shop) and Codesphere (cloud development solutions), and oversees initiatives at Workwise and Workist aimed at optimizing job placement and automating B2B transactions, respectively. Nils holds a Master of Science in International Information Systems Management from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Information Systems from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
