Karen Molnar Semegen has extensive experience in administrative and financial roles, currently serving as Office Manager at Parette Somjen Architects since October 1999. Prior to this position, Karen worked at Prudential Financial from September 1974 to June 1991, where responsibilities included management of a 7-member support staff, conducting account reconciliations, performing variance analysis, and preparing quarterly and year-end financial reports for a real estate portfolio. Karen's educational background includes studies at Bloomfield College from 1982 to 1988.

We are expert in design, construction, project management and budgeting, holding licenses in professional planning and construction code enforcement. We support each other and the members of the broader team: clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
