Stefania Rech

Stefania Rech is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical operations, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations and Head of Biotech Clinical Operations Leaders for EMEA at Parexel since June 2006. Stefania's career progression at Parexel includes roles such as Associate Director, Senior Manager, Senior Project Leader, and Clinical Lead. Prior to joining Parexel, Stefania gained experience as a Project Leader at Kendle International and as a Senior CRA at PPD. Stefania's career began at Ingenix, where the role was that of a Clinical Research Associate. Stefania holds a degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology from Università degli Studi di Milano and has also received management consulting training from Sciaky Europe Management Consulting Group in Milan, Italy in 2017.
