Natasha Fernandes Marcondes

Natasha Fernandes Marcondes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natasha is currently working as a Product Manager at Parfin since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager and Product Owner at Banco Modal from February 2020 to March 2022. In this role, Natasha was responsible for delivering solutions that catered to the main channels of the company. Natasha also worked as the Head of Project Management at HUB CAPITAL from August 2018 to January 2020, where they managed projects for the modernization of the investment platform. Natasha started their career as a Junior Consultant at Pro PME from October 2011 to April 2013. Natasha also has experience as a Técnica em Pesquisa at ERGOPROJ / COPPE, a Monitora at UERJ, and a Salva-vidas at Walt Disney World.

From 2015 to 2016, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they pursued a Curso de Formação em Empreendedorismo e Inovação (Entrepreneurship and Innovation Formation Course) with a focus on the field of study in Empreendedorismo.

From 2009 to 2015, Natasha pursued a Bacharelado em Engenharia (Bachelor's Degree in Engineering) with a specialization in Engenharia Industrial (Industrial Engineering) at UERJ.

In 2013 to 2014, they studied at Loughborough University, where they pursued a BSc Manufacturing Engineering degree, with a focus on the field of study in Engenharia Industrial.
