Rafael Morett has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Rafael currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineering at Parfin, starting in November 2021. Previously, they worked at BTG Pactual from 2015 to 2021, where they served as a Tech Lead and IT Analyst. As a Tech Lead, Rafael led the development of a bookkeeping system from scratch using an event-oriented architecture. Rafael was responsible for processing millions of transactions per day and handling the liabilities of millions of investors. Rafael utilized technologies such as Docker, MariaDB, and DynamoDB for system development. Additionally, they worked on the BTG Digital portal and app, using technologies such as Spring Boot, EJB, and Oracle database. Prior to their time at BTG Pactual, Rafael worked at Accenture Brasil from 2012 to 2015 as a Junior IT Analyst. Rafael was involved in support and development of integration system solutions for the telecommunications company OI, utilizing technologies such as Vitria, SOA, and IPC. Before that, they gained experience as an intern at Quantum Tecnologia in 2012. Throughout their career, Rafael has demonstrated strong technical skills and expertise in software development and integration systems.
Rafael Morett obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal Fluminense between 2010 and 2014.
