Matthias Brosig has a work experience that spans different roles and companies. Matthias started their career in 2001 at euro engineering AG, where they worked as an R&D Engineer and Project Manager until 2006. In 2006, they joined First Sensor as a Manager for Medical Products, remaining there until 2012. In the same year, they also began working as a Lecturer for Organisation Course at Nürtingen-Geislingen University. In 2012, Brosig joined PARI as a Project Leader, gradually progressing to Senior Project Leader, Program Manager, and finally Director of Alliance Operations, where they are currently employed.

Matthias Brosig attended Technische Hochschule Ulm from 1996 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Medical Engineering and graduated with a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) qualification. Subsequently, they enrolled at Hochschule Neu-Ulm in 2006 and completed their education in 2009, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of Business Administration.
