Amit Choudhary has extensive work experience in human resources. Amit currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Wipro PARI. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Energy Solutions Private Limited from September 2019 to March 2022. From 2010 to 2019, Amit held the position of Group Head - HR at Thermax, where they played a key role in establishing talent management practices and developing HR systems. Before that, they worked as a Program Manager at Right Management, where they focused on understanding client needs, designing solutions, and managing team deliverables. Amit initially started their career in 2001 at Thermax, working in the Corporate HR department.
Amit Choudhary obtained an MBA in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University, graduating between 1999 and 2001.
