Benjamin Astruc has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Multi-Site Operations Director for CoCo Paris, CoCo Lyon, and Dar Mima at PARIS SOCIETY since March 2019. Responsibilities include comprehensive management in HR, finance, and operations for two major dining establishments. Prior roles at ALL4YOU involved overseeing the launch of "MA BICHE SUR LE TOIT" and managing "la Compagnie Francaise," focusing on operational audits and cost control.
