Julia Dionisi

Julia Dionisi serves as the COO of Hotels & Restaurants at PARIS SOCIETY since September 2022, leading operational management, sales, marketing, and customer experience to drive profitability and growth. Previously, Julia held key roles including COO of the Hotels Division at Maisons Taillevent Paris, and Chief Operating Officer at Société Hôtelière Paris Les Halles. Julia's extensive experience encompasses general management positions in notable hotels such as Novotel Paris Les Halles and Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy. Julia also has a strong background in event management and food and beverage operations, with notable roles across prestigious establishments in Paris and abroad. Julia holds an HEC International Certificate in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris and a degree from Ecole Hôtelière de Paris Lycée Jean Drouant.
