Rolando D. Aguirre has extensive experience in pastoral leadership and education within Spanish language ministries. Currently serving as the Associate Pastor of Teaching and Spanish Language Ministries at Park Cities Baptist Church since March 2020, Rolando previously held various roles at Calvary Baptist Church in McAllen, TX, from August 2007 to January 2020, including Pastor for Spanish Language Ministries and Discipleship Team Leader. Prior experience includes supervisory and social work roles at Buckner International. Rolando D. Aguirre holds a Doctor in Transformational Leadership with a focus on Cultural Transformation from Bakke Graduate University, a Master's degree in Human Relations/Professional Counseling from Liberty University, and multiple degrees in Biblical Theological Studies from Baptist University of the Americas and Rio Grande Bible Institute.
