Mike Knightly

Mike Knightly has over 25 years of experience in IT Operations, Services Consulting, and Customer Experience Management. Currently serving as EVP/GM at Park Place Technologies since 2004, Mike is recognized as a trusted advisor to both potential and current customers. Previous roles include Director at both Braun Consulting and eLoyalty, Senior Consultant at The Bentley Group, and Finance Manager at Wang Laboratories. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Merrimack College and an MBA in Management from Lesley University.
