Shamus Busha

Shamus Busha is a seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of experience in customer support, escalation management, sales support, and service delivery. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Digital Infrastructure at Park Place Technologies since July 2009, Shamus oversees the technology infrastructure that supports international operations, which includes data center operations, computing services, networking, and end-user support. Previous roles include Director of Advanced Engineering, where a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation was emphasized, as well as managerial and engineering positions at IBM Global Services. Shamus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electrical Engineering from Fox Valley Technical College, attained from 1990 to 1993.
