Phillip J. Perez is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the new home sales industry. Currently serving as a New Home Sales Counselor at Park Square Homes since January 2023, Phillip previously worked as a New Home Consultant at Lennar from 2016 to November 2022, where significant accomplishments included closing out the Traditions Executive Estate and Manor products and launching the Traditions Villa product through effective education outreach. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at David Weekley Homes, where Phillip achieved over $6 million in sales volume and a 450% year-over-year increase in the 30' home product from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Phillip held roles at Wyndham Worldwide and Wireless Advocates, showcasing a diverse background in sales management. Educational achievements include a High School Diploma from Freedom High School and studies at Valencia College.
