Ava Broten

Ava Broten has a diverse background in customer service and hospitality, with experience as a waitress at Park Tavern, MAYNARDS RESTAURANT, and Squeakys Bar and Grill, where exceptional customer service was consistently provided. Ava has also worked as a sales associate at Urban Outfitters, enhancing customer engagement and managing inventory. In addition, experience as a bartender at Beacon Sports Bar & Grill included independently managing the bar operations. Early experience as a seasonal team shift lead at Hutchinson Parks and Recreation involved leading team members and operating in a fast-paced environment. Ava holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Lake Superior College and has continued education at St. Catherine University.
