Erlendur Steinthorsson

Erlendur Steinthorsson is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the mechanical engineering field. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Parker Hannifin since January 1997, Erlendur leads the Advanced Analysis Team and has held the title of Parker Engineering Fellow within the Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division. Prior to this role, Erlendur worked as a Principal Engineer and Sr. Research Associate at the Institute for Computational Mechanics in Propulsion from January 1992 to January 1997. Erlendur holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
