Maxie Elbin

Maxie Elbin possesses extensive experience in the field of benefits and retirement planning, currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits & Governance at Parker Hannifin since June 2013. Over the years, Maxie has held multiple roles within the company, including Director of Global Retirement Benefits & Risk Pooling, Manager of Global Retirement Plans, Qualified Retirement Plans Manager, and Savings Plan Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Retirement Consultant at Towers Watson from July 2006 to May 2013 and as an Actuarial Analyst at Mercer from June 2001 to July 2006. Maxie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University, obtained from 1997 to 2001.
