Mike Swails has a robust background in engineering and management, with over 25 years of experience primarily at Parker Hannifin since February 1998, where roles have included Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Business Manager (Value Stream Manager), Division Procurement Manager, and Chief Engineer. Mike's expertise encompasses innovative product design, engineering product and process approvals, and efficient laboratory operations in Ohio and Wisconsin. Prior to Parker Hannifin, Mike Swails was an engineer at Morrison Knudsen, contributing to the design and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems. Additionally, their background includes military service as a Sergeant and Assistant Detachment Commander in the United States Marine Corps.
