Rick Ishiyama

Rick Ishiyama has extensive experience in manufacturing and operational excellence, currently serving as Group Vice President of Manufacturing at Parker Hannifin since July 2006. Throughout a successful tenure at Parker Hannifin, Rick has held various leadership roles, including Group Director of Operational Excellence and Group Lean and Quality Director. Prior to this, Rick worked at Crane Aerospace as Group Lean Manager and held key positions at Tridelta Industries, Ericson Manufacturing, Topcon Corporation, and Spectra-Physics. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University between 1982 and 1987.
