Zach Wemple

Zach Wemple currently serves as Group Vice President of Human Resources for the Motion Systems Group at Parker Hannifin, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Zach was the Chief Human Resources Officer at GOJO Industries, overseeing all aspects of people and culture for the company known for the PURELL® brand. Zach has held various leadership roles in human resources at Evoqua Water Technologies, Sherwin-Williams, and Deloitte Consulting, contributing to process improvement and shared services. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business Management from John Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications Systems Management from Ohio University.
