Sean McKenna

Sean McKenna is a Dallas-area attorney focused on solving clients’ healthcare needs and representing companies and executives in white-collar cases and investigations. He has 24 years of experience handling and defending healthcare and white-collar enforcement actions, as well as offering fraud and abuse insight. Mr. McKenna spent nearly 15 years with the federal government (CMS, OIG, and DOJ) investigating civil, criminal, and administrative healthcare and white-collar fraud. He currently serves as a Co-Chair of the ABA Health Law Section’s Sponsorship Committee, the previous Co-Chair and Chair of that group’s Membership Committee, and as a long-time member of the State Bar of Texas’s Health Law Section Council. Mr. McKenna is recognized throughout Texas and across the country for his knowledge of healthcare and white-collar issues.
