Lewis Johnson has extensive experience in the technology and parking industries, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and previously as a Technical Account Manager at Parkopedia since August 2016. Prior roles include Owner at Urbanbyte (November 2011 - January 2020), Head of Technology EMEA at Smart Parking Technology (November 2014 - July 2016), and Technology and Data Intelligence Lead for Parking Services at Westminster City Council (November 2011 - November 2014). Lewis also held the position of Product & Business Intelligence Manager at Mouchel Traffic Support Ltd (June 2007 - November 2011) and Systems Administrator at Birmingham City Council (August 2002 - June 2007). Beginning a career as a Product Development Manager at Compex Development & Marketing (March 2000 - August 2002), Lewis holds a BA Hon in Industrial Economics from Coventry University, earned between 1994 and 1997, along with prior education at Tresham Institute of Further Education from 1992 to 1994.
