We believe every human should have a sustainable way to cultivate whole human health in their lives--that is, physical and mental health, a positive platform for self expression, a sense of civic empowerment, and engagement in an active, wellness-oriented community. However many people, young and old, find these things unavailable or inaccessible due to cost, geography, disability, or other social, economic, and political barriers. 

Parkour Visions programs and services provide a bridge over those barriers, increasing awareness and access for people of all backgrounds to achieving whole-human health. We accomplish this by offering accessible parkour and movement arts programs, fostering new spaces for play, and cultivating wellness-oriented community leadership that can support us in multiplying our reach and impact.
