Michael Hill has almost two decades of work experience, starting their career as an Engineering Intern at Emerson in 2000. Michael then worked as a Process and Project Engineer at Johns Manville from 2004 to 2006. Michael continued their career at Johns Manville as a Six Sigma Black Belt from 2007 to 2008. Hill joined Parkson Corporation in 2008 and held various roles, including Six Sigma and Business Process Leader, Product Manager, Commercial Leader, Regional Sales Manager, General Manager of Aftermarket, Vice President of Sales, and Vice President and General Manager of Mechanical Products, Aftermarket, and Marketing. Michael eventually became the President and CEO of Parkson Corporation, where they revolutionized the company's performance, achieved significant growth, and ensured employee wellbeing.

Michael Hill has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Toledo.

In addition to their degrees, Michael Hill has obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in January 2010.
