As Engineering Manager (f/m/d)* for the Machine Learning team, you will empower and lead a team of experienced machine learning engineers to design and develop a cutting-edge machine learning platform. You will support your team in AI experimentation and fine-tuning foundational models that power our automation platform and enhance the experience for customer interactions based on AI. You will make a difference for your engineers by supporting their growth and motivating them to solve complex challenges as a team to transform the entire customer service industry leveraging data and AI.
Microsoft Azure, Python, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Databricks, OpenAI, MongoDB, Redis (more technologies to be added as we build our data platform, like e.g. DeltaLake)
