Oliver Cook

Oliver Cook is a seasoned professional in the BPO and digital services industry, currently serving as Global BPO Partner at Parloa since September 2024. Prior to this role, Oliver was the Chief Commercial Officer and a board member at Transcom from July 2018 to August 2024, where leadership encompassed global sales, business development, and marketing functions in a company with over 33,000 employees across more than 30 countries. Previous experience includes senior roles in business development at diconium group, Sitel, walter services GmbH, and Teleperformance, among others, totaling over 20 years of expertise in delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oliver holds an MBA in Strategy, Organization, and Production from Universität Passau.
