Pierluigi joined Parmalat in September 2004, during the Extraordinary Administration, first following the listing project with a focus on Group Consolidation and reporting and then as Head of Group Planning, Controlling and Reporting department. Member of the Boards of the major companies of the Parmalat Group.
From 2000 to 2004 worked In RCS MediaGroup in Milan first as head of Finance, ICT and Accounting of the holding company and after the reorganization of the Group, as Head of Central Staff Departments (including Purchases, ICT, Risk management and Accounting), supporting the Newspapers, Magazines, Advertising and Books Business Units; Member of the Boards of the major companies of the RCS Group.
After the MBA degree, Pierluigi had a long experience (from 1987 to 2000) at Montedison Group in Milan where supported the creation of a Joint venture and then worked on Group controlling, consolidation and reporting; in 1996 was appointed Chief Accounting Manager of Montedison Spa.
Before obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree, he started his career as an auditor at Pricewaterhouse (from 1983 to 1986).
