Paolo holds the role of Group Human Resources Director since February 2012. He is also member of the Boards in important companies of the Parmalat Group.
He joined Parmalat in January 2011 as Group Human Resources Manager, responsible for Remuneration, Benefits and Industrial Relations for the Group.
Prior to joining Parmalat, he has also held the role of Senior Consultant and member of the management team in the Executive Compensation & Reward Practice in Towers Watson Italy, Group Compensation & Benefits Director in Zegna Group, Compensation & Benefits Manager in Vodafone Italy.
He started his career as a Compensation Consultant at Hewitt (from 1998 to 2002).
