Tim Lehman has a diverse work experience. Tim started their career as a Research Associate at Athersys from June 2000 to June 2003. Tim then joined Pfizer as a Primary Care Representative from July 2003 to August 2005, and later transitioned to the role of Psychiatry Specialty Representative from September 2005 to January 2012. Since January 2012, they have been associated with Parr Instrument Company, initially as a Senior Technical Sales Representative until January 2015, and then as the Director of Sales and Marketing until April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Parr Instrument Company from April 2022 onwards.
Tim Lehman completed their Diploma in 1992 from Dalton Local High School. Tim then went on to attend The University of Akron from 1992 to 1995, focusing on Chemical Engineering. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Clemson University, which they completed in 1997. Tim then furthered their education at Case Western Reserve University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Neurosciences from 1997 to 2000. Lastly, Tim completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Iowa from 2012 to 2017.

For over 120 years, Parr Instrument Company has been designing, manufacturing, and selling high quality laboratory instruments and apparatus for conducting chemical reactions and tests under heat and pressure and for testing fuels. Parr’s extensive product line includes stirred reactors, pressure vessels, and high pressure tubular reactors for the study of catalytic and non-catalytic reactions in batch, continuous-flow, and multiple/parallel operation for the chemical, polymer, biofuels, hydrometallurgical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, and petrochemical industries. Custom designed complex reactor systems, built to the customer's specifications and requirements are also provided. Parr’s oxygen combustion calorimeters are used for the determination of the heat of combustion in solid, liquid, and refuse-derived fuels for the energy, educational, coal, and fuel testing industries. Parr also offers sample preparation vessels for extraction, digestion, and hydrothermal synthesis, as well as a line of vessels for cell disruption by nitrogen decompression.
